Jefferson Forest was perfect in the girls meet, sweeping the first seven spots for a 15-score. The first five crossed within 1:20 of each other. On the boys’ side, Jefferson Forest wasn’t quite as dominate but still put five in the top 10 to win easily. Forest’s Derek Miller won the boys’ race in 17:33 while Shannon Saunders took the girls’ title in 19:38.
