Prince George's Sarah Perkinson and Thomas Dale's Alex Tatu cruised to wins in the Central District boys and girls cross country meets Wednesday at Pocahontas State Park.

Perkinson ran the 3.1-mile course in 19:53 for Prince George, which outdistanced Thomas Dale in the girls team portion. Tatu finished in 16:46. Meadowbrook, with four finishers in the top seven, won the boys team title.
